Deviation Actions
Hello!
I read a lot of people complaining about Daily Deviations gone from the footer and the fear to miss them. If you want to be updated on the DDs without going to the main page of deviantART and clicking on "Daily Deviations", here's something very helpful that you can do.
The Stick Menu is a menu bar that "sticks" to the navigation bar. It's customizable, meaning that you can put whatever button you prefer to have shortcuts at your fingertips.

The Stick Menu is a menu bar that "sticks" to the navigation bar. It's customizable, meaning that you can put whatever button you prefer to have shortcuts at your fingertips.
How to enable the Stick Menu
- Hover on your nickname on the top right of the page, then click on Settings.
- In the Settings page, below Personal, click on Browsing.
- At the very bottom of the General Browsing section, check the Enable Stick Menu, right next to Navigation, then click on Save.
Now you should have a dark green bar stuck to your navigation bar, with some shortcuts. On the right, you will find a More link. If you click on it, a list will appear, divided into two parts. On the left, you have your custom shortcuts, while on the right there are the shortcuts you can add to your Stick Menu. Simply drag the "Daily Deviations" shortcut to the left and it will appear on your stuck bar. To remove a shortcut, drag it from the left to the right. Once you're done adding your favorite shortcuts, click on Done.
You don't have any more reason to complain about. Or to miss the Daily Deviations.

Temperature Blanket - February '24
February was very pink, meaning that the temperature was between 5°C and 14°C. I don't know how much that is in Fahrenheit. ^^; Meanwhile, I've read a grand total of 7 books this month (which for me is A LOT) and decided to put it at use and started a YT channel on book reviews. Mental health was struggling a bit, but I'm getting back on track...I think.
Temperature Blanket - January '24
In the past months, I resumed my crochet hobby to help cope with my mental health, which has been steadily degrading during the past two years. For those of you who don't know, I moved from Italy to Germany to live with my long-term partner. Living as an expat isn't easy. :saddummy: I've been struggling along the way because of work (I teach Italian and beginner-level German) and isolation in general. Lately, I'm trying to slow down with work and dedicate some time to things I enjoy. I began studying to obtain a PhD, I've joined a gym (my back looks jaaaaaacked), I've been digging true-crime videos, I've been reading and I've been crocheting. As resolution for 2024, I decided to create a temperature blanket. It's a year-long commitment: everyday, I crochet two lines of blanket, while changing the yarn according to the outside temperature. This is my first month of temperature blanket! I think my only mistake was to choose a yarn which is multicolor, but oh well. I hope it turns out
